We have always known the bavkbone of these mtns are the hard working men and women and the Good Lord above blessing us to raise our families here! Baker Tops Feature at Hidden Hollow for his back-2-back feature win!

Hazard, Kentucky’s Aaron Baker powered his No. M2 machine to victory in the 12-lap A Feature at Hidden Hollow Speedway on Saturday night. Baker held off Jesse Brock of Roark, KY, and fellow Hazard driver Jacoby Bush to secure the win.

Clayton Jones and Hunter Gayhart, both also from Hazard, completed the top five in a race dominated by local talent.

Rounding out the finishing order were Nathan Honeycutt (Colson, KY), Shawn Brown (Thornton, KY), and Donnie Horne (Prestonsburg, KY). Corey Ford (Ary, KY) and Thomas Yonts were listed but did not start.

Connor Stewart Dominates Hobby Stock Feature at Hidden Hollow Speedway

Colson, KY – August 16, 2025 – The Hidden Hollow Speedway hosted another thrilling night of racing as the Hobby Stocks took to the track for a 12-lap A Feature showdown. Fans were treated to close competition, strategy, and skillful driving as the drivers battled for every position on the dirt oval.

Connor Stewart of Manchester, KY, delivered an impressive performance, taking the checkered flag and claiming the victory in his car #199. Stewart showed remarkable control and consistency, leading much of the race and holding off challenges from his competitors.

Shawn Stamper from Redfox, KY, finished a solid second in car . Stamper remained in contention throughout the race, pushing Stewart hard but ultimately settling for the runner-up spot. Creed Mullins of Eolia, KY, crossed the line in third place in car #72, adding another podium finish to his season.

Rounding out the top five were Jesse Helton ( ) from Whitesburg, KY, and Nick Collins ( #99) of Millstone, KY. Both drivers displayed strong determination, navigating the tight racing and handling the twists and turns of Hidden Hollow’s track with skill.

The heat and qualifying rounds played a significant role in setting the stage for the main event, with Stewart and Stamper both advancing through strong performances in their respective heats.

Fans of Hidden Hollow Speedway witnessed an exciting night of dirt track racing, with close competition and impressive driving talent on full display. The Hobby Stocks continue to showcase the excitement and unpredictability that makes local racing a favorite pastime in Colson and beyond.
