Frank's Body Shop in Whitesboro should be your first stop if you need any work done on your vehicle. They operate with honesty and integrity that is unfortunately not common in today’s world and their work is top notch.
My daughter was at fault in a minor accident and we decided to pay out of pocket to have the other party’s vehicle repaired. I got a quote sent to me for $2600. New cars are expensive to repair! I went to Frank’s to settle up and met their front office staff who were great. They explained the expected repairs and before I left told me they would let me know if less work was required and issue a refund for the difference. I never expected a call, but a week later my phone rang and I was informed that they were able to buff out most of the scratches and that they had a check with the refund waiting for me. I picked it up this morning. Franks refunded $2300 of the $2600 I originally paid. I couldn’t believe it. When I spoke to the owner to thank her for her honesty and integrity, she told me that’s what they do because she answers to a higher authority. AMEN!!!

Sorry for the long message but when you find a business like Franks Body Shop I think it’s important to spread the news.
