We plan to remain OPEN as an essential service per the Governor’s Stay At Home order. We will be working with a smaller crew as we do not expect our employees to be here if they are not comfortable doing so. Ideally, we would close so that none of our employees have to put themselves at risk, however, we know that there will be other essential workers that might need us in an emergency. That said, we ask that you please respect the health and wellness of not only our employees but yourselves as well. We have established a line six feet from our counter that we ask that you wait behind when dropping off your vehicle. We STRONGLY URGE you to drop your vehicle and arrange for someone to take you home to wait for your vehicle safely. We do understand there will be those who cannot do this so, if you are unable to return home to wait, we do ask that you not bring anyone with you to limit the number of people in the very small waiting area. We have reduced the chairs in the lobby to four, all six feet from another and none directly across from another. If we are unable to accomplish a comfortable situation for our employees this way, we will be forced to close our lobby and require anyone with an appointment to drop off at the door and return home to wait or reschedule. So, PLEASE, only use the lobby if absolutely necessary.
IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY TRAVELED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAVE A FEVER OR HAVE HAD A FEVER IN THE PAST 72 HOURS OR IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 SUCH AS A SORE THROAT, COUGH, TIREDNESS OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING, PLEASE RESCHEDULE FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS OUT!
According to the Governor’s Stay At Home order, auto repairs are an essential service to be able to leave your home for in case anyone is concerned as to whether or not they are still able to have their vehicles serviced. We want you to have safe vehicles to drive in case you have an emergency during this time but please reevaluate what is necessary and what can wait until we are given the all clear. Again, we value the health and wellness of everyone involved so we would like to avoid any unnecessary risk. As I am sure many of you do, many of our employees have children and/or immune compromised family to go home to. Please remember that when bringing your vehicle in.
As stated before, we will be using Clorox Wipes on surfaces our customers and/or employees may come into contact with. However, we would ask that you might try to disinfect and clean your vehicles ahead of bringing them in, including ridding the vehicle of any tissues, napkins, wipes or any other item that could have come into contact with bodily fluids such as pop bottles, cups, etc.
Remember…. The longer we don’t comply with social distancing and making every effort possible to avoid jeopardizing the health of one another, the longer we’re going to have to do it! HELP US HELP YOU!
