This is my experience with DON K, and my correspondence with a Suburu airbag warranty agent...I am a single father of 2 kids, Im loosing my home of 13 years on Nov. 30, 2020. My baja needed a new portion of a head engine piece, completely new brake rotors, and some other minor repairs totally over 4500.00 dollars, I paid in full out of my own pocket. Upon pickup of my vehicle after repairs, my steering is still shaking,(wasn't before I took it in), sometimes it won't start, and my baja was there for over a week because DON K Suburu forgot to repair my brakes. Frustrated, I went in there, and spoke with Mark (last name unknown) who was more inclined to deny me service, this further frustrated me. I was surrounded by staff, and even a fellow customer. I left with my baja still not fixed. Like I said initially, Im about to loose my house, I spent 90% of my measly savings to have reliable, safe transportation, only to be taken advantage of and then completely alienated. While Im sure youre just someone like me trying to collect a paycheck, I cannot and will not correspond with DON K Suburu without a lawyer present. If you would like to have someone contact me and discuss how DON K Suburu Service Manager Mark wants to handle my airbag, I am available. My vehicle has a salvage title, and Mark as with my repairs is quick to generate renenue for Suburu at all costs, in my case, the cost is a customer who will not roll over and just take it. I would hope for some resolution or path to fix my baja from Suburu officially, I reached out directly to Marks supervisor, I was disconnected, then I left a message with good ole DON K himself, Ive heard nothing from him. However, immediately following my incident with DON K Suburu, I noticed a large donation to area schools in the way of masks, as well as an uptick in tv DON K car sales advertising on the local stations. Curious coincidence I guess,my experience was starkly different, as one of DON Ks employee was not wearing a mask, and another partially. I have filed a complaint with the health department regarding the un masked jerks in my personal space. I cant afford an attorney, I wish Mark would have gone above and beyond in exchange for my patience in their errors before, during and after to my baja, but no, Im being treated like a ghost. Maybe Suburu will show me some 'LOVE' they so advertise to nauseoum, and do the right thing like DON K shouldve done instead of taking my money and ghosting me. In 12 days Im homeless, planning the best I could, I spent over $4500.00 on repairs to have reliable transportation, I do not have reliable transportation. What are you going to do? What is Suburu going to do? You are going to compartmentalize my issue to it being not your area or scope of work. right? With any luck the airbag will deploy and end my misery, Im busy packing up my life, by myself, trying to be an example for my kids, so unless you have a path to my baja getting fixed, then with all do respect, move on, Im done with DON K Suburu and Suburu Corp. as well!

Recently, I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Don K. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Lannaghan. I started this journey in September; I knew exactly what I wanted or so I thought. Tim was extremely patient and realistic with my requests, based on my wants and what I wanted my monthly to be. We viewed the cars he had on the lot, but I had something else in mind. He searched high and low for my perfect car. It took time as I reviewed what was really important to me in a new car, but he was still patient with me and stayed in contact with me. I was able to text him when I had questions and he responded quickly. He was easy to talk with and pleasant. I prefer a representative that is direct and to the point, he did this for me. Once I decided from the options he had for me, he continued to stay in contact while my car was in the delivery process. I was amazed by his attentiveness. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. He even got me set up with his parts guy after I asked about some accessories. Nothing was too much. He was real and honest. I would work with him a thousand times over and refer all my friends. He was careful with safety precautions, as well, and respectful of my feelings on everything going on right now. This is the first time I have purchased a new car. He really helped me narrow down what I wanted so he could make sure he had the right vehicle for me. This was the best customer experience I have ever had. Thank you, Tim for being patient with me and my requests. I appreciate all your hard work and efforts to make everything just right.
Special thanks to Mike with the service department! I wish I could give them 5 stars based on customer service. I am in the middle of a cross country trip and was worried about the front end to my dually, in which I haul a 43β trailer with. Even without time to be able to fix it he crawled under to insure I was safe on my trip back to Texas. I used to be all Chevy but was majorly disappointed in not only the truck but that their customer service on a lemon was that they didnβt care to fix or discuss their bad product. I will never choose anything other than a dodge due to the reliability and service Iβve gotten along the way. Thank you Mike for allowing me to feel safe and taking the time to listen and check out my concerns. I didnβt expect you to immediately jump under my truck and care about my safety and satisfaction. Youβre an amazing man and don k will be my next dealership purchase!

Leased a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek from Don K. Worked with John Hantz and he was great. Explained all the options very clearly and answered all questions. When I picked the car up he made sure to go over all features with me quite thoroughly. I am very pleased with the low pressure approach and excellent service from all.
