2023 Freightliner Cascadia came in with a weird front end vibration and bad tire wear. Another shop quoted him for new spindles, hubs, and king pins.

Upon further inspection the issue was bad wheel bearings, after taking everything apart we checked the spindles with our go / no go gauge!

All new bearings, seals, oil, and tires on the steer axle! Right back on the road 👍🏼

Update on the Cummins X15 we took in for our friends at Union Petroleum!

Finally got all of the parts in, the truck is all back together. Just needs a couple things tied up nice and a state inspection! Then it’s ready to hit the road.

Bought this 389 just over a year ago from a customer that blew it up on the road. We struck a deal and bought the truck off of him after he mentioned not wanting to rebuild it due to the bad crankshaft.

This was originally a Cummins ISX glider swapped to a CAT C15 Acert with a single turbo swap. We are currently 3 weeks into this job. Got a fresh 6NZ with pdi manifold and oversize turbo installed, 18 speed, fresh 3 piece driveshaft, and new front spring bushings.

Now just waiting for the fancy parts to come in and get them installed. We’ll definitely be posting some updates when it’s finally hitting the road again!

Tearing down this glider we built 10 years ago. Out with the ‘02 6NZ, time to get a paper log ‘99 6NZ

2010 Peterbilt 387 (550k miles on the chassis)

Originally a California truck with a Cummins ISX and automatic transmission. We swapped it to a CAT engine with 13 speed Eaton manual. We did this glider before E-log regulations.

Now the truck is getting a pre 2000s CAT 6NZ. Once the truck is fully functioning and refurbished it will be for sale! Paper log or E-log, ready for work!

Picked this M2 up on the side of i80 with a check engine light and no power. Upon further investigation we found out somebody decided to put a bunch of plastic in this guy’s fuel tank.

Thankfully nothing got past the Davco filter. Cleaned out the fuel tank, lines, filter housings, and installed new filters. Ready to hit the road!
