Top Notch service! Camden Raeford was incredible! Thanks for making our car-buying experience positive, professional, and, believe it or not, actually enjoyable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had service performed on my RX350 and was very satisfied. My salesman Bob Schmella did an excellent job providing the details of the work needed on my car. I would recommend Lexus of North Hills to everyone!
The salesman person Chris was such a great person to talk to and work with and definitely knows his stuff 👍

Just wanted to give a shout out to Darlene for taking care of us tonight! And thanks for helping me out with the Lexus app!
I had been dealing with Matt for three days regarding a used Cadillac SRX. My wife had decided that we were going to make the 2 hour trip to look at the vehicle. Matt could only guarantee that the car would be there if we posted a 500.00 non refundable deposit. We were uneasy doing that since we had not seen the car. We figured we would wait and contact him the evening before at the end of business to make sure the vehicle was there. We had also discovered they had another Cadillac crx and we wanted to view both. I Asked him to have both ready for us to see in the am. I asked what time they opened and he told us 9:00. Knowing that both were there we headed on the journey from hell. We get to the dealer at 9:05 and we see the one vehicle but not the other. He introduces himself and my wife asks where the other vehicle is. He replies that someone came in at 8:30 this am and put 1,000.00 down. (I thought they did not open a until 9:00) after he pushed The vehicle we had little interest in we told him that the condition of the vehicle that he promised was mint was not to our standard. (Big dent above the door handle and cigarette burns in the interior) we left and my wife and I figured that story of the deposit on the mystery car was just that a story. We waited a few hours and called back in to find that the mystery car was still for sale and no deposit was placed for the purchase from any party. We spoke with the sales manager who was somewhat apologetic. He stated that the vehicle had not been placed through the safety check And not ready to be sold. I asked him if the would do so and we would come back to possibly purchase. He stated that the service Dept would only be open for another 1/2 hour and they could not possibly do. Can you work with a customer who was lied to after traveling 2 hours? Was not going to happen. As a business owner myself I would have done whatever needed to check the vehicle and get the customer back to make the sale and gain another customer. I guess maybe it was because we were not buying a top end Lexus. However, we were cash buyers! Another dealer in Robinson was glad to take our money and we even had a great experience. Thanks to the honest dealers like Cochran and Car sense. Maybe the dealer or other sales people are honest and good people but stay away from Matt. My wife and I read right through him. hopefully this post will deter others from working with Him and Work with someone else.
Sincerely
The Beers family
