Today the 28th and Thursday the 1st I will be temporarily closing at 11:00 am as I have a couple appointments for the VA. But I’ll be opened back up in the afternoon, not sure on the time though. I forgot to post this yesterday, but this is that carb I talked about in the last video after I cleaned it. This is what a cleaned carb should look like. The jets/nozzles have been carefully cleaned. All other parts and passages are clean and free of debris/varnish. Lines replaced. And the float/needle are properly adjusted. This is a good carburetor. All gaskets have been replaced and it’s installed on the machine.

Be careful who you trust to clean/rebuild your carburetors. Another example as to why I have trust issues when it comes to shops and why I do things the way I do.
Bring them to me, I do it right. I also enjoy it. I charge $75 for a basic cleaning (doesn’t include parts). Parts are not always needed. Oftentimes simply cleaning is enough. When possible, saving the OEM carb is usually the best choice in the long run.
