🚨 Dispenser Failure: Root Cause Found 🚨
This site’s dispenser stopped working due to a buried issue — literally. During excavation, we discovered underground wire that had been soldered together during the original UDC installation. Over time, corrosion and stress took their toll.

🔎 Further investigation led us to a broken conduit just outside the building, right at the entry point into the UDC — a textbook failure point due to lack of proper protection and sealing.

💡 This is why preventative inspection and proper install methods matter. Soldered wire underground with no junction box, no potting, no weatherproofing — it’s a problem waiting to happen.

🛠️ Webb Environmental was called in to diagnose, expose, and correct it. If you’re dealing with mystery failures or old installs, give us a call before it turns into downtime and costly repairs.
