At Rad Air Complete Car Care, we do everything we can to make sure your family's vehicles are safe, reliable, and road-ready. But even the best brakes and the newest tires are only as good as the driver behind the wheel.

That’s why we are incredibly proud to support the Tire Rack Street Survival program, hosted by our friends at NeoSCCA!

If you have a teenage driver in your house, this is a must-attend event. It’s a hands-on, one-day defensive driving school where teens use their own vehicles to learn real-world car control.

They will learn:
-How to handle emergency braking (and feel how their ABS actually works!)
-How to control a skid on wet pavement
-How to anticipate hazards and avoid distractions

Our goal is to keep your cars running smoothly, but keeping your kids safe is what matters most.

When: Saturday, October 31st (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

A radiator problem could have ruined their trip. Instead, it became a story worth sharing.

A traveling couple on their way from Pennsylvania to the Grand Canyon stopped into our Strongsville location after experiencing radiator trouble while on the turnpike. Unfortunately, the repairs couldn't be completed before closing, meaning their truck would have to stay overnight.

Since they were pulling a travel trailer, Mike, the owner/operator of our Strongsville location, offered a simple solution: park the camper in our lot for the night. Then he went a step further and ran power from the shop to the RV so they could stay comfortable with air conditioning and electricity.

The next morning, they were back on the road and headed west. Before leaving, they shared something that made our day: they usually pass right through Ohio, but after the kindness they experienced here, they think it's time to spend more time visiting the Buckeye State.

We're grateful for team members like Mike who remind us that taking care of clients goes beyond repairs.

The summer grill tour rolls on!

Yesterday, Andy fired up the grill at our Seven Hills location to spend some time with the team and show his appreciation for all the hard work they put in every day.

One of Andy’s favorite summer traditions is traveling to each of our stores, cooking lunch for the crew, and getting a chance to catch up with the people who keep Rad Air moving.

Because being a franchise owner isn't just about running a business; it’s about taking care of the people who make that business successful.

Rad Air of Westlake REALLY showed up!

Our Summer Stuff the Bins Food Drive brought out an incredible response from all around the Northeast Ohio area, but this team absolutely knocked it out of the park!

Look at all those donations!!! Every item represents someone willing to give a little to help a neighbor in need, and we couldn’t be more proud of the Westlake Rad Air team and everyone who contributed.

A huge THANK YOU to our customers, team members and community for helping us make a real difference right here at home.

This is what being part of the community is all about.

Yesterday, Andy and the Rad Air team brought the summer grill-out to our Akron location!

One of our favorite summer traditions is seeing Andy hit the road and visit every Rad Air store to fire up the grill and spend some time with the people who make this company what it is.

It's more than just lunch; it's a chance to say thank you to our franchised teams for the hard work they put in every day to take care of our customers.

Thanks to the Akron crew for all you do! And thanks to Andy for keeping the grill and the Rad Air family moving all summer long.

🥫 Rad Air of Wickliffe is off to a GREAT start! ❤️

Our Summer Food Drive may have just started, but the first big donation has already arrived at our Wickliffe Rad Air location!

This is exactly what we were hoping to see; our customers and communities coming together to help neighbors in need. Every can, box and bag makes a difference, and we’re excited to see what we can accomplish together over the next two weeks.

Andy was back on New Day Cleveland, and this time he let the cars do the talking.

Andy and the New Day Cleveland crew listened to recordings of some of the most common sounds your car can make when something isn't quite right, including:

🔧 Belt squeal
🔧 Rod knock
🔧 Worn bushings
🔧 A failing wheel bearing

Because sometimes your car is trying to tell you something; you just have to know how to listen.

This year, donations collected at our 11 Rad Air locations will benefit local organizations selected by our teams:
