The weather is finally starting to turn and that means BBQ!

Every year each of our departments hosts a BBQ for our employees. Starting the season off our Auburn Service and Body Shops put out quite the spread for everyone.

Thanks to all involved but particularly to our service folks who stepped up to work the grill on a hot sunny day.

The tragic loss of a Maine firefighter in Searsmont last week was a sobering reminder of how much our first responders risk in their brave efforts to keep our communities safe. As part of our ongoing support of Maine's firefighters, Lee will be making donations to the Searsmont relief efforts, and we will continue our month-long campaign of appreciation for all Maine first responders. Now more than ever, thank you for all you do to protect our neighbors and loved ones!🙏❤️

Our hearts go out the family of Andrew Cross and to the brave firefighters who were injured in Friday's terrible incident in Searsmont. These dedicated individuals deserve our utmost respect and gratitude.

A procession was held on Saturday in honor of Morrill firefighter Andrew Cross.

The Health and safety of our customers and employees is of the highest concern at Lee Auto Malls and we recognize that these are trying and stressful times for our customers. As the coronavirus continues to spread throughout Maine we wanted to advise you what steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Lee Auto Malls will maintain normal sales and service operations until advised otherwise by Maine health officials. We are actively taking the following steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the people in our communities:
• We have enacted a strict hand-washing protocol that requires employees to wash with soap and water or sanitize hands frequently.
• Employees have been directed to avoid shaking hands and to practice social distancing by standing six feet from customers whenever possible.
• Hand sanitizer and boxes of tissues are available throughout all of our dealerships
• Our hard-working cleaning staffs have been directed to treat all work surfaces with proper disinfectants and to take extra care in disinfecting high-traffic areas
• We conduct periodic wipe-downs of the interior of vehicles in the showroom and demos before and after test drives using anti-bacterial wipes
• Service employees are wearing gloves when inside customer vehicles, and we’ve initiated a protocol to sanitize vehicles before returning them to customer
Any employee who is sick is directed to stay home, and any employees who appear ill will immediately be sent home.
In addition, we have added At-Home Services for your convenience – please call your local Lee location for details:
• Flexible and transparent negotiation of a new or used vehicle purchase from the comfort of your own home. You can buy a car while without personal contact with our staff! All aspects of your purchase can be handled remotely.
• Schedule an at-home or solo test drive
• Free delivery with any vehicle purchase
• Complimentary pickup and delivery for service or maintenance

During this time, we ask that you pay for your services with a debit or credit card rather than cash if possible.
