Our first out-of-state road call took us to Wyoming to inspect a truck that kept shutting off. After finding multiple codes for high EGR pressure, I discovered that the intake ports were clogged and the EGR cooler was blocked. We were able to fix the issue by drilling out the intake ports and replacing the EGR cooler, and the truck was able to return to Utah. I recommend getting the DPF checked once the customer has completed their delivery.
