What do you think of this Ram Trucks 2026 3500 Longhorn with a Knapheide PGTD gooseneck service body we built for our good friend Diesel Dave ?

We love the PGTD body, especially on the higher trim trucks. It just feels right

Despite the popularity of jokes linking oversized pickup trucks to male anatomy, scientific research has found little evidence that vehicle choice predicts physical characteristics. Studies in psychology suggest that people often use expensive or attention-grabbing possessions—including lifted trucks, sports cars, and luxury items—to signal status, confidence, or identity, but those motivations vary widely from person to person. There is no credible scientific basis for claiming that driving a large truck reveals anything about a person’s body.

Interestingly, one psychological study found that men who were made to feel insecure about their masculinity or body image showed greater interest in owning luxury or high-status products. However, the study did not examine truck ownership specifically, and it certainly did not conclude that people who already own large trucks differ physically from anyone else. In other words, the “big truck, little wiener” stereotype remains a cultural joke rather than a conclusion supported by scientific evidence. That said, according to absolutely no peer-reviewed research whatsoever, every inch of suspension lift adds two inches of confidence—and everyone knows that confidence is what really counts. 😏
