We worked on this 2014 F150 3.5 eco-boost. Customer complain of a rattle coming from the engine while running. He was worried it could be the phasers, if you know anything about eco-boost, you know that’s a very real possibility!

We diagnosed it and determined the bearings on the water pump were shot, a much easier repair!

The truck was also throwing a code for EVAP leak detected under boost.

A smoke test quickly identified the leaking vacuum line and was easily repaired.

We had the privilege of working on this vintage beetle, 1978 fuel injected.

The customer had this car at a Volkswagen shop for four months and they couldn’t figure out the issue, we quickly verified It was only running on two cylinders.

A few quick diagnostic steps confirmed the fuel injectors were not working properly. We removed them, cleaned them, and reinstalled. Runs like a top!
