• New office hours are 9am– 3pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The office is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Outside of office hours, use the SELF SERVICE / AFTER HOURS BOX to complete the paperwork and pay for your boat launch, fishing, or camping fees. Make sure you have your car pass (white paperwork copy) visible on your car dashboard.
• During the times the office is closed, you may leave a message at 903 447 2256. We will call you back as quickly as possible.
• For our safety and yours, the office door will be locked even when the office is “open” for business. All business will be transacted through the sliding window next to the door, and by using the SELF SERVICE / AFTER HOURS BOX.
• If you want to rent a cabin, motel room, boat slip, or RV spot, you will need to call the office and speak to one of the employees.
• If you have rented a cabin or motel room, your room will be open when you arrive. We will call you with details. Your credit card will be charged for your rental. Drop the key in the SELF SERVICE / AFTER HOURS BOX. Call the office and let us know when you leave or leave a message. County ordinance limits family groups to no more than ten (10). No exceptions allowed to this. County ordinance requires you or your group to maintain six feet (6’) distance from any other individual or group at all times. Anchor Inn has expanded the cleaning of motel rooms and cabins. This has increased the time between check-out’s and check-ins of our facilities. This may affect availability.
