Here are four ways professional truck drivers can stay alert on the road:

✅ Listen to a podcast, audiobook, or the radio
✅ Take a break to stretch and walk around
✅ Drink plenty of water, not just coffee
✅ Pull over somewhere safe and take a short nap

Even 30 minutes of rest can make a major difference.

Fatigue affects your reaction time, decision-making, and awareness. Know when your body needs a break and never push yourself to keep driving when you are too tired.
