The vehicles already traveling on the highway have the right of way 🚗

Drivers in the merge lane are responsible for matching traffic speed and entering a safe opening.

Here are three mistakes drivers need to avoid:

❌ Not checking mirrors and blind spots
❌ Turning too tightly around parked vehicles
❌ Looking at or using a phone while driving

Parking lots are filled with pedestrians, shopping carts, reversing vehicles, tight spaces, and drivers moving in every direction.

Getting ready for your New York road test? Here is what you need to know about the Pre-Licensing Course 🚗

✅ You must complete it before scheduling your road test
✅ You must be at least 16 years old
✅ You need a valid New York State learner permit
✅ You can take the course online from your phone, tablet, or computer
✅ You will receive a certificate to bring to your road test

Lost your certificate? Call Stevens Driving School. A real person will answer the phone and help you get a duplicate before your test.
