🌶️🔥 JUST ANOTHER DAY AT MODR’S! 😂

When a customer brings you GHOST PEPPERS and Joyce might have told a tiny little fib to convince Hunter to eat one… 🤭🌶️

Let’s just say Hunter learned two things today:

🔥 Not all peppers are created equal.

🔥 NEVER TRUST JOYCE WHEN SHE SAYS, “IT’S NOT THAT HOT!” 🤣🤣

Poor Hunter was fighting for his LIFE while the rest of us were fighting back tears from laughing! 💀😂

And a special THANK YOU to Kaitlyn for patiently waiting while we got her tire and gas straightened out in the middle of our ghost pepper circus! 😂❤️

One of the many reasons we love our little town of West Point!

When Joyce is working late at MODR’S, our West Point Police Department never has a problem making sure she gets safely to her car.

It’s the little things like this that mean so much. Knowing that the men and women who protect our community also take the time to look out for the people in it is something we never take for granted.

This is what small-town living is all about — looking out for one another.

A heartfelt thank you to the West Point Police Department for always going above and beyond. Your kindness, dedication, and willingness to make someone feel safe do not go unnoticed.

If you’ve ever called or walked into Modr’s and heard Joyce say, “Sorry, I’m eating beef jerky!” … well, now you know where it comes from!

Triple E Jerky

And the best part? It’s made right here in West Point by one of our very own customers!

Apparently, Joyce has decided beef jerky ,Nerds gummy clusters and Pepsi is a food group, and Triple E is her official supplier!

So if she answers the phone chewing, just give her a second. She’s trying to run a service center and enjoy her snacks at the same time!

All jokes aside, we LOVE supporting our local customers and small businesses. That’s what makes our little town so special!

Shop local, support local, and somebody please make sure Joyce doesn’t run out of beef jerky, nerds gummy clusters and Pepsi, yup that is what keeps her going!

Y’all, Abigail and Joyce have officially reached a level of tired that sleep might not even fix!

We have gone from being professional businesswomen to laughing at absolutely NOTHING, forgetting what we walked into a room for, and looking at each other like neither one of us has a functioning brain cell left!

At this point, Abby is running on caffeine and attitude, and Joyce is running on Jesus and pure determination!

If you call the office and we start laughing for no reason, just laugh with us. If we forget what you asked, ask again. And if we answer the phone with “What now?” PLEASE know we meant to say “Thank you for calling Modr’s!”

The lights are on, the doors are open, but the two women running this circus are ONE MINOR INCONVENIENCE away from putting themselves on a tow truck and going HOME!

We love y’all… we’re just not sure what day it is anymore!

HORSEPOWER AT MODR’S HAS OFFICIALLY GONE OFF THE RAILS!

We thought Katie and Kam were back there putting some horsepower behind that tire machine…

Turns out, Katie was testing gravity while Kam was supervising the crash landing!

Katie went DOWN, and Kam just stood there watching like he’d bought front-row tickets to the show!

Not a hand reached out. Not a rescue attempt made. Just Kam making sure he didn’t miss a second of the entertainment!

At Modr’s, we believe in teamwork… apparently Kam believes in spectator sports!

Somebody check on Katie… and somebody check Kam’s pulse, because that man didn’t move!

MA’AM… WE FIX TIRES, WE DON’T RAISE THE DEAD!

Customer: “Can y’all just patch my tire? It’s got a little leak.”

Us: “MA’AM… A LITTLE LEAK?! YOUR TIRE IS COMING APART LIKE A CHEAP PAIR OF LEGGINGS AT A BUFFET!”

Ma’am, that tire is leaking air from places we didn’t even know air could escape! The tread is trying to leave, the sidewall has given up, and the only thing holding that tire together is hopes, dreams, and the grace of God!

At this point, we aren’t discussing a tire repair. We’re planning a funeral. Should we call Vincent’s?

And PLEASE don’t hit us with “Well, it was holding air yesterday!”

MA’AM, SO WAS THE TITANIC BEFORE IT SANK!

Listen, the man would HANDS DOWN WIN. He’s been driving trucks since the rest of us were still trying to figure out which pedal was the gas.

Plus, he owns the place. We’re not taking any chances. He’d drive the truck, count the ballots, demand a recount, declare himself the winner, order his own trophy and then make us pay the invoice.

WEST POINT, HERE COME THE GIRLS & THE BIG BOY TOYS!

Joyce & Abby have the tow trucks in the parade today… and before anybody gets nervous, RELAX, these girls actually know how to drive them.

This ain’t their first rodeo. They’ve driven ’em, backed ’em, hauled with ’em… and yes, they can probably back one up better than half the men giving hand signals from the sidewalk.

Of course, Michael will ALWAYS be driving the biggest truck because apparently being the boss means you automatically get first dibs on the biggest toy.

But the REAL excitement today is our little Hunter making his FIRST parade appearance DRIVING the tire truck!

Yep… we’re handing Hunter the keys! He’s officially moving up in the Modr’s ranks — today the tire truck, tomorrow he’ll probably be arguing with Michael over who gets the biggest rollback.

So when you see the Modr’s crew coming, GIVE US A WAVE!

Modr’s Service Center will be CLOSED this Saturday so our crew can get out and enjoy one of our favorite hometown traditions — the West Point Crab Carnival! ❤️

We hope to see all of our customers, friends, and neighbors out there enjoying the food, fun, and festivities!
