Jessica steps up to assist colleagues in quality inspection tasks without missing a beat. Very positive, always approachable and eager to share her knowledge of internal and external part inspections, machine specs, error proofs and measurements. Jessica also has learned disassembling transmissions, contamination and deviations. She recently shared her expertise to help create a training work instruction to assist in improving and understanding parts and their functions. We are very grateful to have Jessica as part of the Quality Team.

Valerie is always willing to take the role in training new employees on daily check and check sheets. Also, she keeps a positive attitude while training them. She also supports other shifts when short on manpower to help keep the lines running. Valerie plays a major role on department quality by staying consistent on her daily checks and keeping lines running as well, making her a candidate for EOQ.
