We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of this rental car agency.
Responsibilities:
• Make phone calls
• Supervise and dispatch logistics members when a vehicle becomes inoperable
• Repossess unpaid rental cars
• Train and evaluate employees
• Verify all customers have insurance and a valid drivers license over the age of 21
• Perform any other work related tasks as they become necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive, rental, retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
