Lack of power and excessive smoking was the customers conplaint.

After a quick diagnosis we realized the turbo had let loose in this 3500 dodge.

Removal confirmed our diagnosis with oil bypass filling the intercooler.

Removal and replacement of turbo and removal and cleaning of intercooler and back to work she goes.

This John deer 35g mini excavator got a new computer full programming and back to work she went!

After a mess of weird issues from machine not shutting off to constant supply of power through out machine with key off.
We diagnosed the monitor faulty. Quick reprogram of new monitor we sent this machine back to work.

Customer called with complaint of left side track not working. After a quick pressure check and test of the motor found drive motor inop.
Removed track and replaced motor customer is now back up and moving!

Peter built crane truck got some suspension work done early this week!
Poping noise coming from front end turned out to be leaf spring bushings!

Leak springs not available in time to get this crane on the job so removal of bushings cleaning up leaf ends and pressing new bushings preformed!

Installed with now u bolts and hardware and this unit is off to the job site!

Instead of a bandaid fix we insured no future problems and replaced the harness!
Back to work she goes
