Granger Chevrolet in Orange, Texas is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!
We’re locally owned and family operated, and we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll work directly with customers to identify their service needs, provide accurate cost and completion-time estimates, communicate repair updates, and help ensure every customer receives professional and courteous service from start to finish.
Qualifications include:
✅ 2+ years of previous Service Advisor experience
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
✅ Excellent customer service skills
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Professional appearance and work ethic
✅ Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
