SNS Auto Supply is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in West Fargo.
We're a 9-person team distributing professional car detailing supplies across the lower 48 states. We need someone sharp, reliable, and good on the phone to join our office crew!
The role:
Full-time, in-office at our West Fargo warehouse
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights, no weekends)
$18-22/hr based on experience
What you'll do:
Answer customer calls and emails, process orders in QuickBooks and Shopify, track shipments, and support our business and retail customers and staff.
What we want:
Strong phone presence, comfortable with computers, organized, and reliable. Prior customer service experience preferred. Interest in cars or detailing is a plus, not required. Local to Fargo-Moorhead.
