On Thursday a fellow stopped in. I had met with him 40 years ago. He never bought a home from me. He bought a conventional home. He was going through his basement and ran across an old advertisment from 1986. He was so kind to have remembered me and brought it in to me. He is retiring and moving. He found it when he was going through his stuff. Very neat. Funny thing about it is that I remember the location of all those homes. I remember more things 40 years ago easier than 40 minutes ago.
