We did a little maintenance and added some bling to this custom Hayabusa. We installed two new tires, changed oil and filter, and installed a Brock’s Performance Alien Head exhaust. Then we added some orange anodized grips and levers and installed blue LED headlight and marker lights.

This Kawasaki ZX-14 Ninja came in for some upgrades. We installed two new tires and a set of bolt on swingarm extension blocks. We extended the ABS wiring and ran a new brake line to the ABS module to keep the function of the ABS brake system. Finished it off with a new chain and Vortex sprockets. Then we made sure it wouldn’t be missed at night with a custom LED light kit.

Who doesn’t love a Suzuki Bandit? This one came in running rough and leaking fuel. We rebuilt the carburetors and gave it a full service. We took it for a spin and this thing absolutely rips. The customer is gonna have a lot of fun riding this around town.

This Road Glide came in having a problem with the battery not staying charged. We inspected the charging system and found a bad voltage regulator. We installed a new regulator, and changed all three fluids while it was on the lift. Charging system problems are one of the most common issues we see at our shop. We have repaired hundreds over the years.

We had the opportunity this week to work on one of the original kings of speed. This beautiful ZX-11 Ninja only had 8200 miles. Naturally it’s been sitting so we had to do a carburetor rebuild and a few other things to get it back road worthy. You don’t see many ZX-11s that look like this. Every clamp, wire holder, and vent line was in place like it was brand new. It even had the factory tool kit still under the seat. We got it back running, and it runs and rides as smooth as it did the day it was driven off the showroom floor.
