We brought the old Crown Vic out of retirement today for some emergency vehicle operations training.
Things were going great… until the Crown Vic decided that it was done training and promptly retired itself.
Thankfully, Beckman’s Towing came to the rescue and hauled our retired warrior away.
We wish we could say it was part of the scenario, but unfortunately, the Crown Vic just wanted to make sure everyone got some REAL emergency vehicle experience

We’re calling this a very successful training day because we learned an important lesson:
Always have a tow truck on standby when you bring a Crown Vic back from the dead.

Earlier today we helped a customer that was a victim to a scam. The customer had accidentally locked her keys in her car and used Google to find someone to unlock the car for them.
The number the customer had found was answered by someone with a very heavy middle eastern accent and the person charged the customer $150 to do the service but never sent anyone to unlock their car.
There are “companies” out there that are charging people for a service then calling around to find the cheapest provider which in turn makes for a nice profit for someone who didn’t do the work. If they can’t find you a provider, they keep your money as payment for trying.
If you need a service such as unlocks, tire changes, jump starts or a tow, call a reputable towing service, which is what we are. We charge much less than what they will make you pay for these services in Burlington and West Burlington and we will actually come do the service you need.

Recently, we had an issue with Google showing us as an active business. This has been fixed but it’s a new business profile which means we need people to search for us on Google to help boost our reach!

Starting today if you call for a tow, we will bring a truck for you to tow. We strive to satisfy our customers and the last idea of delivering severed toes when a tow was requested didn’t go so well.
