Not my rant but something I agree with ;
You're a business owner. You know the drill: team, clients, projects, invoices, problems, deadlines, content, calls. All day, every day. It's a relentless storm of "one things," each demanding immediate attention.

Every email, every quote request, every message from a client or vendor: they all see their thing as the only thing. But on your end, you're juggling a hundred of those "only things" simultaneously.

We've built this bizarre expectation that because you can be reached instantly, you must respond instantly. That's a fantasy, especially for small businesses. We aren't sitting around waiting for the next notification. Most times, the reason you haven't heard back is simple: we're actually doing the work that keeps the business running.

To my fellow owners drowning in 47 unanswered texts, 19 emails, and three urgent estimates: I see you. You're not "bad at communication." You just have more points of access than any human was ever built to manage. Give yourself some goddamn grace, and then go put out the next fire.🔥🤘🙌
