Instructor will be responsible for teaching students the skills and knowledge needed to become safe and confident drivers. Duties include:
· Working one-on-one and in small groups of students in the car for students ages 15+ and of all skill levels.
· Teaching students about traffic laws, safe driving practices, and rules of the road. They must demonstrate different vehicle features, maneuvers, and how to navigate different aspects of driving such as parking, highway, round-a-bouts, turns, etc.
· Instructor will evaluate student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
· Maintain student records of progress and attendance.
· Driving instructors will communicate with parent/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Starting pay $18 - $20/hr.
Make your own schedule - weekdays and/or weekends from 8am - 10pm available.
Paid on-the-job training and licensing with the state of Wisconsin
