Valentine’s Day at work isn’t just about romance — it’s about connection, kindness, and gratitude.

Today, we played a Valentine’s Day matching game designed to help team members connect with someone they may not normally work alongside. The purpose went beyond the activity itself — it was about building new relationships, encouraging conversation, and strengthening our culture across lines and roles.

Valentine’s Day is also a reminder that meaningful connections come in many forms. It’s about friendship, appreciation for one another, and knowing you have people you can lean on.
