Join our team - Mechanic Wanted!

Love working with your hands? Good with engines, tools, and figuring things out?

We’re looking for a mechanically inclined problem-solver to join our crew at Sodak’s Marina on Lake Madison. No marine experience? No problem. If you’ve got the skillset, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair boat engines & systems
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal service
Work on a variety of boats from jet skis to pontoons to surf boats
Be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical background (auto, ag, diesel, etc.)
Willingness to learn and grow
Attention to detail
Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in their work
