Update on COVID-19/Coronavirus Service protocols.

Per some of our contract providers, we are enhancing our roadside service protocols.

We are asking that customers receiving roadside service such as fuel deliveries or jump starts that the customer stay in their vehicle and to provide credit card payment where applicable via phone so as to prevent spreading via cash transactions.

Our major providers have informed us that the customer traveling in the cab is a transmission problem. Some providers are providing a free UBER to the tow destination, unfortunately UBER does not exist in our rural area. In the event of a transport, our dispatcher should inform you of a temporary rental car service we are providing through our sister company Wendover Rentals, or will work out another solution for you.

Jumpstarts on vehicles where the battery is not located in the engine compartment/under the hood will require towing, speak to your service provider for more information.

COVID19/Coronavirus Information update:
I wish our first post wasn't about an issue such as this, but as an Emergency Roadside Provider, we've been monitoring this issue. Since Saturday, March 14th, we've directed our drivers to have disinfecting wipes available, and to please wipe down all door handles prior to accepting new customers.
If you will be traveling to Wendover for entertainment purposes, we highly suggest you contact the venue s before heading out to ensure they are open as more and more businesses will be shutting down temporarily until this pandemic passes, the peak of which is estimated to be 45 days from now, and the majority of which to be over by late July/August.

Due to the nature of our business, our services will be available until directed by Law Enforcement.
