Duties:
As our Lead Master Technician, you will take the reins of the Owner’s technical
responsibilities, driving excellence across the shop. Your key duties include:
 Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles accurately and efficiently the first
time.
 Leading the repair team and overseeing vehicle workflow to ensure seamless
operations.
 Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee every vehicle meets our exceptional
quality standards.
 Delivering top-tier service by maintaining clean equipment, a spotless
workspace, and an organized shop environment.
 Providing guidance and support to other technicians whenever needed.
 Staying at the cutting edge of automotive advancements through continuous skill
improvement and training.
 Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling you to better communicate with a diverse
clientele and team.
