Congratulations to the Feichtel family!
Scott and Jennifer came in looking for a Silver Acadia with low miles we had on our lot. Unfortunately that car had sold the day before. Luckily at Kelly we have the right inventory. Meet Megan,
Megan came in to check out one of our pre-owned trucks. She wanted to try our Kelly Trade Cycle to keep her monthly payments low. After a conversation, I advised Megan that a new truck would help her get as close as possible to her monthly budget. Sure enough we have a white GMC Sierra Elevation with step and spray bed liner already included on the lot. Megan came out of a Scion TC and when she switch her insurance to this massive truck, the total premium was less expensive! It was my pleasure working with you and Marty ! Jeff is a long time Kelly Customer, he purchased multiple Nissan Frontier’s from our Nissan store. He switched to a Jeep Grand Cherokee from our Jeep store, realizing how much he missed the truck feel. He had to get back into a truck. Why not go big ? Another completely satisfied customer! Olga and Armando came down to check out trucks. Luckily for them we just traded this 2015 Chevy Silverado with a custom exhaust and light bar in the front grille already installed. Armando started out two steps ahead with this new project. Meet James and Jennifer,
Im pretty sure they hold the record on fastest delivery! They got to the dealership at about 5:35 and I walked them through our inventory of GMC Acadia’s from the middle SLT trim level up to the top of the line Denali. We went though multiple different color combinations and ended up sticking with a Black on Black GMC Acadia Denali. Test drove the vehicle, got to numbers and work them out. Next thing you know, it’s 7:50 and all paperwork was signed with the car out front ready to roll out!
To be in and out of the dealer just over two hours is amazing! I had a great time working with James and Jennifer and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you for your business guys !
