This place is a JOKE. I had an appointment for 9:45am. Was told the associate who I was told to ask for didn’t exist. I was then told that I was assigned another sales consultant, and that sales associate was busy but would be with me in just a moment. I waited for 40 mins. In the time that I waited, NOT A SINGLE person ever asked if I had been helped or if I needed anything. No body even made eye contact with me. I decided to leave. I wasn’t asked anything on my way out. I had planned on spending $60k+ on a truck.
I went to Southfork and bought a new RAM truck.

This is the most horrible place. I went here two times because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. But they give you the internet price which beats every pride around town, then they add 2,900 worth of protections ... and if you refuse it. The manager said they have to add 3,000 to the price of the vehicle. You call it what you want.
We talked to Ashley and we have the text messages where she confirm that the vehicle we wanted was available , we ask for the walk out price and she confirm the numbers and the vehicle was outside and she went to see it , we drove 1 hour just to be greeted by Mark Harder and hear that that vehicle was more expensive, and that Ashley does not even work here that she is a online representative. So long story short DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , FALSE ADVERTISING!!
And the most amazing thing is that the salesman says everyone does this , so not only he acknowledges that is false adverse but also think it ok ....
so unprofessional, lack of ethics and completely Cynical Ah by the way the Manager Daniel Quintanilla useless same game let me find something similar give 10 minutes , give me another 10 minutes , Stop Wasting your customers time !!!!!!
Once again Eugene was the perfect salesman. im glad i went back to him and this dealership. got me 2 great deals on both the truck i got within a 2 month period!! Very satisfied. will definitely come again for future purchases
1) Service dept sucks! When one of my tires began loosing air at barely 40k miles, the dealership had no answer as to why. After taking it to two tire shops, nothing could be found imbedded in the tire. The dealer has no dunk tank to determine where the leak comes from. Good to know if there’s something in the tire, it’s just a bad tire and it’s no longer holding pressure at 2 years old and 40k miles, or is it a bad rim? No answers. Just buy more tires was the answer. That was September 2019. I bought 2 new tires and had an alignment done with plans to replace the other two tires.
2) today I had a flat on an older tire. Parts dept SUCKS! Today, 11/22/19, I call parts department to see if they had two like tires in stock. I was told they had none and they’d be on the general order, unless I wanted to pay for them over the phone and they’d be guaranteed delivered and set aside for me. Not my intention to pay for tires over the phone and not know if they’ll be in the store come Saturday or not. Working out of town during the week, wouldn’t know when I’d be in. So what, you take my money and I “Hope & Pray” you don’t leave me out to dry? Basically, the parts guy wouldn’t confirm if he’d order the tires UNLESS I paid for them on the phone. These are standard issue dealer tires for a new truck, they’d be used by someone had I not showed up!
3) Service Dept SUCKS! So after working in a chemical plant, I looked forward to changing my rear tire in the parking lot to get home from Beaumont. I call to speak to a service manager, of course none was available. Unfortunately for the person stuck speaking to me got an earful because even though luckily for me, I carry a 1/2” 400ftlb impact in my truck, I still couldn’t break two lug nuts off when CLD was the last business to touch my tires back in September. I asked “How the [email protected] am I supposed to change a flat tire when your techs use impacts to bolt on lug nuts? Your techs should know, you impact them off and torque wrench them back on!” What if I were an elderly person, a single woman, a Democrat voter? How would I change my tire?
Clear lake dodge has FOREVER lost my business! I’m going back to Chevrolet ASAFP! Might see what’s available this weekend.
Things sure went a lot smoother when I was buying this truck!
The service center takes advantage of women, my wife brought her car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they told her she needs an alignment , I bring it for next oil change and we had nothing done to alignment and they put the car on the machine and check the alignment and it’s good, then she brings her car in today for tire rotation and they don’t even check the alignment on her car and tell her she needs an alignment. The other thing is if you get any work done check and make sure the socket for your wheel locks is returned to you the technicians tried to keep mine and I caught it and now my wives is missing, they will find one and return it if you ask but it seems fishy that both of ours came up missing . ( so make sure they put your wheel lock socket back in the car and women please get a second opinion on work needed they are just making money on you and I don’t agree with this business practice).
Really appreciated all your help dealing with me to buy the car. You did not pressure me at all. I’m 70 and have bought several cars during my lifetime but I can honestly say that buying from you was the totally best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thank you for your courtesy and respect for me. I stated that in survey your dealership had me fill out. I wish you the very best and will direct anybody I can to you. Thanks again.
