Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce invited us and other employees from local businesses to join their experience for Greater Rochester Young Professionals yesterday. The conference aims to connect people and industries and encourage the sharing of perspectives and ideas. We are walking away newly-motivated and ready to bring inspiration back to our team.

Yes, we have an album-worth of photos from our annual ice cream truck visit. This is one of our favorite ways to show our team a little appreciation during the summer months. They work through the heat, the cold, and everything in between.

The Parade and Carnival will continue as planned.

We encourage attendees to use their own judgment based on their individual health conditions and comfort level. If anyone experiences a medical issue while attending the carnival, Emergency Medical Services personnel will be on-site and available to provide immediate assistance.

For the third year in a row, we made the list of Top Workplaces in the region and earned nation-wide recognition! Our employees awarded this title to us, which makes it all the more special. In addition, we were selected for the “Appreciation Award”, which represents the genuine appreciation our employees feel from management and owners for their contributions. We are so proud of our team and the family-owned values we have upheld all of these years. This was a fun one to celebrate!

We’ve been honored to receive recognition as a Community Champion for Public Education again this year. The A Community Together (ACT) Award was given to us as an organization who is dedicated to the success of K-12 students and the betterment of local public schools. Thank you, Webster Central Schools for the nomination!

We were back at monroeccrochester to meet students and promote the many career opportunities available at Wilbert’s both before and after graduation. Talking to the next generation of potential team members gives us a fresh perspective on the future of automotive recycling.

Swipe to see the view from behind our table at the Webster Schroeder College and Career Fair! Students were challenged to a game of "guess the car part" and encouraged to ask questions about the automotive recycling (and tree farm) industries. We always enjoy getting involved with local schools to demonstrate the many opportunities Wilbert's can provide to hard-working students before and after they graduate. We appreciate everyone who stopped by to learn and talk with us.

We awarded our Employee of the Year recognition to two of our dedicated employees, Bridget from Wilbert’s U-Pull It of Rochester and Zyiad from Wilbert’s Premium Auto Parts of East Ohio at our annual holiday party. This award serves as a well-deserved token of appreciation of all of their efforts to make Wilbert’s the quality-centric company it is. Their contributions to our company culture do not go unnoticed and we are so lucky to have them as part of our team. Congratulations Bridget and Zyiad!
