🏁 FINAL WEEKLY POINTS NIGHT — DOUBLE FEATURES! 🏁

This Saturday Night, August 29, we close out the 2026 weekly points season at the Karl Chevrolet Hamilton County Speedway — and we're going out with DOUBLE FEATURES in ALL CLASSES!

We’ve made a few changes from last season, and there’s plenty of extra money on the line!

🔥 DOUBLE FEATURE FORMAT
• NO ENTRY FEE — just your pit pass!
• Drivers draw for their starting position in Feature #1.
• The winner of Feature #1 draws the pill for the invert of Feature #2.
• The invert pill will be between 8 and the number of cars finishing Feature #1, meaning the best the winner can start in Feature #2 is 8th.
• You must finish Feature #1 to be included in the invert.
• Final payout is determined by your best average finish between the two features.
• In the event of a tie in average finish, the money for those finishing positions will be combined and divided equally among the drivers tied.

💰 $100 HARD CHARGER BONUS!
The driver who passes the most cars combined between BOTH features will earn an extra $100 Hard Charger Bonus!
Class must have at least 10 cars for the Hard Charger Bonus to be awarded.

💵 SWEEP BONUS!

🚨 RACING CANCELED FOR TONIGHT – SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 🚨

Unfortunately, tonight’s racing action at the Karl Chevrolet Hamilton County Speedway has been CANCELED.

🌧️ More than 5 inches of rain has fallen since Wednesday, leaving the racetrack and pit area completely soaked. With no drying weather to help us out, there is simply no way to get the facility into safe racing condition for tonight.

We hate to lose another night of racing, but Mother Nature wins this one.

Late Model Fans this is a race you do not want to miss. Open Late Models flying around the Mason City Motor Speedway will be wide open love affair and should provide 3-4 wide racing all night. Tickets go on sale tomorrow July 28th.

🚨 THE COUNTDOWN TO $20,000 HAS BEGUN! 🚨

On Wednesday, August 19, one of the premier Dirt Late Model events in America rolls into Northern Iowa as FloRacing Night in America invades the Mason City Motor Speedway for a $20,000-to-win showdown.

This isn't just another big-paying race.

FloRacing Night in America is an elite 11-race national series, with drivers counting their best eight finishes toward the championship. Mason City Motor Speedway is proud to be one of only 10 tracks in the country selected to host this prestigious tour in 2026—and one of only two tracks in Iowa to earn that honor.

With Marshalltown Speedway hosting Tuesday's event and the World of Outlaws racing Friday and Saturday in Maquoketa, Mason City sits right in the middle of one of the biggest Dirt Late Model weeks of the year. That means fans can expect many of the biggest names in the sport, including likely entries Brandon Sheppard, Bobby Pierce, Ricky Thornton Jr., Devin Moran, Hudson O'Neal, Tyler Erb, Ryan Gustin, Nick Hoffman, Shannon Babb, Kyle Bronson, Dan Ebert, Garrett Alberson, Dennis Erb Jr., NASCAR Cup Series
winner Carson Hocevar, and many more.

Also racing that night will be the USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA B-Mods.
