2005 chevy 1500 came in for a little change. Pulled out the 250k mile 5.3 and dropped in a refreshed 6.0 with a few supporting goodies. Stage 3 GPI high lift cam, fully upgraded valvetrain, and combined with a 3200 billet stall in a 4l80. Pretty neat in a 4wd single cab shortbed.

2010 SS Camaro in for some real fun. 3000 rpm triple disc stall to complement the 6L80 with a nice Trans cooler and a set of 3.91 gears from 3.23, this car has went from Suttle to a Stud, tuning and long tubes knocked almost a full second in the 1/4 mile. Only more to come 👍

Very appealing layout. 1967 Chevelle in for some much needed attention in the driveline, rebuilt 12 bolt with new Trac bars, disc brake conversion, new driveshaft to support the hot torque of the 502 and some other goodies. Transition into putting AC into her so customer can enjoy a nice summer.

2016 Chevy Silverado with 192k, AFM lifter failure a little late in life on cylinder 4 that was properly not ran for any length of time and still showed signs of scoring on the camshaft. Installed a DOD delete and all supporting replacement parts, back up and running good as new with plenty of life left to keep on racking up miles.

2015 Yukon XL with 172k with a well so common lifter failure on cylinder 1. Started to dig in for a camshaft and lifter replacement and found some damage and some history of possibly a prior lifter failure with metal damage, Sourced a new engine. And added some parts for this not to be a future issue. New motor mounts as well due to the internal oil leaking out of the mount absorber. Repaired quite a few undesired flaws with wiring and recent repairs. Back up and going without skipping a beat.

2013 GMC Sierra LC9 5.3 with some oil pressure weakness came in for some diag that turned into rowdy selection of build. Turned out to be a leaking cam retainer plate. Bottom end was in spec, new oil pump, lots of new parts, Gwatney Performance Innovation Camshaft, johnson lifters, new 3 bolt conversion timing set and cover. Hardened pushrods, and a stout billet Circle D 3200 converter really sweetened the combo. Very happy on how this setup came out.

2005 Chevy 2500 with a loss of oil pressure and some serious engine noise. Customer decided to let me do some playing. Found a low mileage LQ4 6.0 and sent in a Gwatney Performance Innovation Truck camshaft with supporting valvetrain. New Oil pump, All new gaskets and a set of longtubes. What a drastic difference over stock. With cam selection and combo this thing makes some awesome torque. Video in comments. 🔥🔥🔥

I tend to get very into a project where I forget to take more pictures as I go, here's a 2011 Chevrolet 3500 6.0 iron block. Truck came to me with an overheat problem that turned into an engine block problem also only had reverse, so started with a completely different engine. All new rings, camshaft bearings, lower end bearings, oil pump, and all new gaskets throughout and a rebuilt 6L90 Trans with a billet converter. Truck is now in good shape to get to working again.

1984 C10 from south Carolina, built 5.3 and a 4L60, complete QA1 front suspension, custom rack and pinion steering, customer needed a few things completed. Started by piecing together a 4" intake and filter to get the MAF away from the throttle body due to some undesired tuning inconsistencies. Installed a copper oil pressure line and re routed the coolant temp sensor to get the mechanical gauges working correctly. Got a couple tuning bugs squared away and put 70 miles on her and it all smoothed together.

1967 Chevelle ss with a turbo 400 and a ZZ502, Holley Sniper EFI system needed some bugs worked out of her after the customer had some extremely poor running problems, found some fuel supply issues and some rich idle and cruise situations once the supply issues were smoothed out, was able to get this car running and cruising fantastic. Along with repairing some driveline defects and giving her some attention she's back to being a real cruiser. I have a real soft spot for classic muscle cars and this beauty has my heart.
