Too all friends and customers. We are considering Stopping doing work for Progressive insurance company. The estimating system they use is absolutely ridiculous. They bid parts from all over the US that are not available. We are required to make the calls to find out not available. They now are wanting additional quote # that the parts are not available.
They are running us ragged on phone calls!
I would strongly suggest finding another company, if you wish to continue to use us as your repair facility!

Make your claim to your ins co.
Make sure you get front them.
1. Claim number
2. Email address
3. Point of contact for shop.
Then You yes YOU!! Chose what shop you would like to do your repairs. Call that shop. Inform them you have all of your insurance information. Ask for an appointment for the shop to look at vehicle. If it's drivable, the shop may ask you to drop off for few hours, they will take photos for your company, they will perform necessary temporary repairs for you if needed. This will all speed up your finish when it's all done
