From the Pulaski Count Office Of Emergency Managment

Public Safety Alert: Rising River Levels in Pulaski County
Pulaski County Office of Emergency Management, in collaboration with the National Weather Service (NWS), is closely monitoring rising water levels in our area rivers due to recent rainfall. According to the latest NWS forecast:
- The Roubidoux Creek near Waynesville is expected to reach a level of 21.5 feet by late this afternoon.
- The Big Piney River is anticipated to rise up to 23 feet by this evening.
- The Gasconade River is also experiencing rising water levels and will continue to be monitored for potential impacts.
Residents near these waterways should take precautions and stay informed. If you are in a low-lying or flood-prone area, consider moving to higher ground and avoid unnecessary travel near these areas.
Pulaski County Office of Emergency Management encourages everyone to stay updated through official channels and to follow any further guidance or evacuation recommendations as they become available. Safety remains our priority.
