Norwalk last friday. The Met run 9.6 in the 1/4. 1.38 60 foot 6.1 1/8 on the first run. The second pass it run a 9.4 with a little juice.

This is a photo of a pick up tube and oil pan of 2010 ford edge 3.0. the customer came in two months ago with drive belts blown off and oil leak. we put a crank seal and replaced the belts. Cleaned it up and returned to the customer. The customer drove it for two months with out any problem. she returned for a oil change. We changed the oil and filter started car and had no oil pressure. we eventually removed the oil pan and found this. when the engine lost it belts it suck one into the engine through the oil seal. I have never seen or heard of any thing like that. You never know what the next day will bring that is y I love my job.

Well the end of last season # 7 piston decided to give up. It also took out the block. So I built another small block stroker. This one I used high dome pistons and I did clearance it for nitros. took to Grahm performance and results were 581.5 hp 510 torque without nitros. I did put the nitros back on just in case. It's only a 125 shot. So the met was running in the mid 10's it should run in the some without nitros. so with this beer virus and can't go to the drag strip I decided to put a rack and pinion steering on it. Then a friend of mine came up with a set of corner scales. I think I have it dialed in now. We will see when the strip opens.
