About the Role
Scotbilt Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at our Waycross, GA facility. This leadership role is responsible for fostering a performance-driven culture that promotes safety, quality, and operational excellence in the construction of factory-built housing.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate plant employees engaged in the construction of factory-built homes
Review blueprints to determine structural dimensions and specifications
Analyze production schedules and assign personnel to meet output goals
Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations
Adjust workflows and procedures to meet production targets
Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
Resolve operational and personnel issues efficiently
Motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Review timecards and maintain accurate production records
Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials
Set up and oversee machines and equipment as required
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of plant employees
Train, coach, and develop team members
Plan, assign, and direct daily work activities
Evaluate performance and provide feedback
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
Effective communicator at all organizational levels
Proven ability in planning and scheduling
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
