I’m not sure my head is valuable enough for this upgrade, but it will serve dual purpose for both the Valiant and legal with the Top Sportsman Dart. Adding the lightweight -15 Sparco jacket and pants soon.

Finally have the shop/product test car running. It fought me the entire way. Between a bad wire splice, bad ECU and my complete lack of understanding of the Holley software it’s been a beating. After squaring everything away it snapped right off and went right to about 85 lb of oil pressure at a cold idle.

Going to tidy up a few small things and possibly hit the track tomorrow to see if it has any “go” in it.

Also, thanks to Rick at Big3 Racing for the quick replacement ECU. Leave it to me to have a rare problem.

Another dynamic that can shear a cam locating pin if there is any compromise to the integrity of the clamped joint.
