The official King of Compacts purse has officially dropped! 👑🏁

Ahead of this weekend’s Ohio Valley SCDRA Family Fun & Dollar Dog Night at Mansfield Speedway👉 https://www.tixr.com/groups/thespeedway/events/family-night-dollar-dog-night-199664, we wanted to get this out because we’re really excited and pleased with not only what this race pays to win, but what it pays all the way throughout the field.

We’ve worked feverishly with Ohio Valley SCDRA series promoters Jody Shannon & Ashley Shannon to put together a payout we feel the sport compact drivers truly deserve. We wanted to make sure the racers who support this class & series had a purse worth racing for from top to bottom.

Drivers, don’t miss your chance to come out this weekend, get another opportunity to tune and dial those cars in before the 15th Annual King of Compacts on September 4-5, and race for one of the best paying sport compact events you’ll find anywhere. The 15th Annual King of Compacts will feature the richest overall purse in King of Compacts history, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Mansfield Speedway for one of the biggest sport compact events of the year.

ECOTEC sunfire for sale. Pretty good stuff in top end. Ferrera valve springs and retainers, ported head. 2.2/2.4 combo. Aluminum flywheel vue locked trans, new axles, suspension is new, stage 3 clutch comp cams. 210 lbs of compression across the board except for one cylinder. Unfortunately it has a bent valve. Starts and moves but nearly no compression on that cylinder and price reflects that. $3000 as is without seat, full containment seat for another $400. Calvert race engines assembled the engine so it should be a nice piece. Serious inquires only please. Selling for a customer. e

!!Racers,Classic car guys!!
Roof is on, floor is down, and metal walls will be on in the next few days then it’s go time! More space means I can finally take on more types of projects. Off season means it’s time to get those hot rods or race cars ready for spring. So starting in the next few weeks, I’ll start taking on those bigger projects. I’ve stuck to mostly collision work the last few months but with expanding, I can take on other types of work along with collision work. That includes cage work, sheet metal bodies, welding, and even some mechanical work. I’ll be able to take on partial restoration work but can not take on a 2 year project at this time. Even you Jeep and offroad guys wanting a cage or tube bumpers get with me. Most of my fab and race car type work is on my H&S Motorsports page
