I always try to go the extra mile for all my customers. While doing this Edge I noticed there was a connection that was hanging in the drivers door. Right away I knew that wasn’t right. I did find where it need to be connected to and plugged it in. I asked the owners if the automatic unlock worked on their car. They stated that it has never worked since they bought the car and that they had even called the dealership a couple times with no response back . I did let them know it is now working. They couldn’t have been happier. It was a small little thing that only took a couple extra seconds to do and made their day. Seeing them that happy is why I go the extra mile.
