Are you an experienced technician confident in your abilities that takes more pride in your work than most of your co-workers?

German Auto Repair is looking for someone like you who can align with our company providing the highest standard of work on European vehicles. We will be requiring experience at a dealership level or specialty independent shop with at least one of our main brands, Audi, BMW, Porsche or Mercedes.

We are a large clean modern facility. We Have an incredible shop that is air conditioned in the summer, heated well in the winter and offers more light than you could want! We have all factory diagnostic equipment and every special tool you can imagine to do the job the right way. If we don't have something we will buy it!

We provide the highest standard of pay with a signing bonus and starting wages of $52,000-$62,500 with an easily achievable bonus structure that will give you the ability to easily earn $10,000-$15,000 more a year. Benefits include healthcare, IRA match, PTO, and no weekends in an environment you can continue to grow in.

While European experience in all car lines is not required, you will be fully responsible for work performed on them if you are untrained in a certain brand. Your one brand experience will be enough of a foundation to learn on the job with other European car lines.

Paid ongoing training is provided and we have all the service and diagnostic information necessary to properly diagnose and repair vehicles we service. If we lack something; we buy it. We have access to amazing technical support services equivalent to dealer level tech support.

Experience with factory diagnostic equipment is necessary as you will use them regularly. Again, you do not have to be an expert, but proficient enough to learn on the job independently.
