Employee Spotlight: Kimberly
Meet Kimberly, Commercial Pro Advisor!
Kimberly started out doing Express Service and worked her way up to becoming a Commercial Pro Advisor. When the opportunity came to change positions and take on a whole new category, she saw it as a challenge and a chance to learn something new.
Now, Kimberly is part of the team in our new Ford Pro building, and she’s excited about what the new facility means for both our team and local businesses. With the ability to work on bigger commercial vehicles, streamline the service process, and get vehicles back on the road faster, the new building gives our team even more opportunities to support businesses throughout the area.
One of Kimberly’s goals is to continue building strong relationships with local businesses and growing trust within the community. She also hopes to help develop stronger technicians and allow the team to work to its full potential.
Kimberly’s approach to her career is simple: go into everything with an open mind, be willing to learn, and be ready for change. She knows the job isn’t always easy and there can be a lot to juggle, but she’s proud to be part of a hardworking team that is always willing to put in the extra time to make sure customers are happy.
We’re excited to see Kimberly continue to grow in her role and be part of this new chapter for Davidson Ford Pro! 💙
