WE HAVE NEWS!

Five Star Detailing is merging with Kayser Automotive here in town. Last week we moved everything over and Paul has started working in his new position already. It’s been a busy period and we’re just finding the time to update all of you!

[What does this mean for our distinctive brand of quality detailing?] Well, strictly speaking, very little will change. Customers will be able to book appointments with Paul through the Kayser service department and still receive the same platinum-quality detailing we are known for. If you contact us to book a job, we’ll forward you the info needed to get in touch with the Kayser service department. The process will seem a little different, but the quality won’t be - the consistency and thoroughness associated with Five Star Detailing will continue to be our standard.

[What are you doing, your business is just getting to be well-known?!?! I thought you were doing great?!] Yes - we are. Our business is just 5 years old and has ended every year in the black. But, we lack opportunity and means to take the next steps to grow this business. Kayser has been a longtime customer from the beginning and the managers there are trusted business contacts. They saw a way to help catapult our brand of detailing into a more profitable enterprise by taking on some of the time / tasks we are currently doing ourselves that take away from generating revenue.

[What does this mean for you & your family?] In the long run, probably: more money, fewer hours, and more targeted work doing what we love best. This is a time of transition, but we are ready to hit the ground running. 5 years of running a business full time (more like double time - if you know, you know!) takes its toll on a person, their body, and their family. We are ready for the next phase.

Our page and website will have a couple changes, but ultimately we will still be able to book you for the best quality detailing in southeastern Wisconsin, so don’t think we are going anywhere!

We are so, so thankful for every customer and person who has supported us during the last 5 years. It is because of your patronage and loyalty that we are still doing this and because of the success you helped us achieve that this job has become a reality. We hope to retain your business through this transition and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
