If you own a trailer do you know how often you should be greasing your bearings?

You should grease trailer bearings at least once a year or every 12,000 miles—whichever comes first. However, if you frequently tow through water (like boat trailers), you'll want to grease them more often, usually every 6 months or even every 2,000 miles to prevent water intrusion and corrosion.

Here’s a general guide:
Boat trailers: Every 6 months or 2,000 miles
Utility/travel trailers: Once a year or 12,000 miles
Heavy use/off-road trailers: Every 6 months
