It was an absolute dogfight till the bitter end! But that’s why they call me “THE DOC!” Call out complaint was trucks stuck in neutral won’t shift into drive or reverse.

Naturally upon arrival I verified the complaint….. yep! Damn thing sure won’t shift! Connected my laptop and had probably every dang ABS code you can imagine active and inactive. So give the ole shop class reflash! An there they are my actual faults. If you’ve heard me say it once you’ve heard me say it 1000 times K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Stupid) started with the most logical and rational fault and evolved from there. Moral of the story is I don’t give a s**t if it’s 40 below and 35mph winds and pouring down rain if I can fix the problem instead of roadside bandaid imma track it down and fix it!😎🫡

Won’t be any fans in brokenheartsville tonight! Got a call from Mike (the guy taking the picture) at 4 am this morning he said OMG man you’re the first company to answer! I said buddy unlike my competitors I honor the 24/7 in my ads and on the door of my truck! 🫡 what ya got goin on man let’s find out if I can even help ya out…. He said man I’m in a tour bus and we blew a coolant hose and lost all our coolant….. ( he sent me a picture of what he thought was the problem) I said well sir you’re in a luck! they call me DOC for a reason my man because I bring the remedy! I have every thing to get you back up and rolling on my truck already… the kicker is buddy your 2 hours and about 90 miles away from me…. He said man I know your the first to answer we’ve been calling company’s since about 2:30-3 am… unfortunately we didn’t get any tequila and then I was told I definitely could NOT clothes off… 😅🤣 I accepted the two stipulations because I did get to meet MR. Joe GAWD DAUMN l Nichol’s the actual man himself😍🤣😎… I was covered in coolant and sweat and shoulder rock and many poor life choices over the years 🫣😅🤣 the man just woke up and I didn’t wanna get him dirty…. Got to meet some of the nicest guys on the side of the road and even though i think he missed sound check they made the show on time! 😎

That being said DAY OR NIGHT ILL KEEP YOUR RIG RUNNING RIGHT! That’s why they call me DOC!

Please don’t contact me in the middle of the night if you’re going to agree to my hourly rate I mention and advise you multiple times of my after hours 2 hour minimum charge and that I charge port to port, you agree then hire me to perform a repair, have me drive and hour and a half one way, diagnose your downed truck, advise you of your best options being 2 in the morning, tell you what route I would take if I were in your situation, you then authorize me to perform the repair. Get your truck back mobile again and save you on a tow bill oh and did I mention get your mother and father off of the side of the highway. And then after it’s all said and done waste my time for an extra two hours because I had to get the sheriff involved all for you to refuse to pay and only think you should have to pay my two hour minimum rate… at least the two hour pay was enough to cover my cost on the parts I used. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Hank dog is officially on the web! Did a tire repair this afternoon on a RV and the customer fell in love with Hank! (I mean let’s be real it’s not hard to do!) I didn’t know he snapped a pic of Hank but he did and added him to his google review awesome! 😎🐕🤠

That’s the beauty of mobile repair! Customer is on days off and back home in Alabama and trucks in Waterloo! NOX sensor failure and a forced regen and this units ready to rock for him when he gets back! 💪😎

Took the first road call today after having to take a hiatus for the last couple months and man it felt great! Happy to tell everybody that RIG DOC IS BACK! 😎
