Every once in a while we get to step away from the normal collision and restoration work to do something truly unique — like this one-of-a-kind longboard

The local Waterloo Library reached out to us and asked if we’d sponsor their summer reading program with a grand prize, and we were more than happy to help out. We love supporting programs that get kids involved, learning, and excited.

Now hopefully the winner actually RIDES this thing 😄

At The Toy Shed, we’re all about people enjoying what they own instead of letting it sit as a trailer queen… or in this case, wall art. Life’s too short not to enjoy the ride.

This Jeep Grand Cherokee came in after a deer collision with significant front-end damage. We replaced the hood, bumper, grille, and core support, and repaired the fender to bring everything back to pre-accident condition.

We took a 2015 F-250 and upgraded it with a 2017 aluminum bed swap — and this wasn’t just a simple bolt-on job.

✅ Retrofitted the new style rear bumper to the frame
✅ Installed and wired updated tail lights
✅ Fabricated custom mounts for the bed bolts
✅ Converted from steel to lightweight aluminum

Due to the difference in model years and body styles, the lines don’t match up perfectly, and the aluminum bed sits slightly higher than the original. However, if your goal is to extend the life of your truck and eliminate future rust concerns, this is a solid upgrade to consider.

This 2013 Charger came in for rust repair in the rear door jamb. Since a replacement patch panel isn’t available for this area, we fabricated a custom patch panel to properly fix the rust instead of covering it up.

All of the old rusted metal was completely removed, then we fabricated, welded, primed, and painted the new metal to restore the area the right way.

This 2012 Ford Fusion came in needing some attention on the hood, so we repainted the hood and then performed a paint correction on the entire vehicle to remove scratches and restore the shine across all the panels.

The difference a proper paint correction makes is huge — bringing the depth and gloss back to the paint and getting rid of those swirl marks and light scratches. 🚗

This BMW 328 came in for a bumper replacement, and while we’ve got it here, we’re giving it a full paint correction to bring that finish back to life.

Years of swirl marks, light scratches, and dull paint can make even a clean car look tired — but a proper correction makes a HUGE difference. ✨

Once we’re done, we can lock it all in with a ceramic coating for long-lasting shine and protection.
