Thank you to everyone who checked in on us last week to see if we were okay during the fire on South Main Street.
Due to the efforts of the Waterbury Fire Department, both of our buildings and our parking lot are completely fine. We are deeply grateful for all of their work during the fire and wish a fast and full recovery to the firefighters who were injured. Additional gratitude goes to the Waterbury Police Department as well as the Fire Department for their work in the post-fire period to secure the site and investigate the fire.
Our hearts go out to those who are displaced because of the fire. We haven't verified any of the donation collection campaigns on social media, but if you are inclined to help the families who lost their homes and belongings there are many organizations that are collecting donations on their behalf.
